( )This is a very practical, no-nonsense book that aims to provide libraries with tools to help them better promote their activities. Although it is clearly geared towards small public libraries, larger libraries can benefit from some of the insights provided by this book, particularly regarding word-of-mouth marketing. Excellent guide to marketing library programs and services, from WOMM (which can and should start right at the Circulation Desk) to the difference between CMYK and RGB color formulas - and if you don't know what WOMM, CMYK and RGB are then you definitely need this book.
