This is a very easy-to-read format, but upon reading the rather strict list of foods allowed (no meat OR avacados!), I immediately decided I cannot read a sad book like this. **Note: I judge a diet's strictness by whether or not I usually have the items it wants me to eat in my pantry/fridge.
