LemonSalt's review

This is a compact book that is a real beginner's guide to dealing with Celiac Disease. While I don't have this health issue it seems I have a number of people who are dealing with this and related health issues. It is written in a very personal style - a first hand accounting of dealing with a new way of eating. Further on there are lists of what you can and can't eat plus plenty of tips and hints.

"This book is a must-have for anyone living with Celiac Disease. It contains a wealth of extremely valuable information, unknown to most health care practitioners. This book is filled with tips and tricks that can help patients avoid a great deal of pain and suffering. It is also a useful gift for friends and family of celiac sufferers as it can help them understand the complexity and repercussions of the disease."
