Didn't care for the art in the first story, by Simon Bisley. But the rest of the art was great, with interesting short storylines, as in the first volume. ( )

Detonation Radio takes a slightly different approach. Firstly, Miranda Zero is kidnapped, and Aleph and others must organise an operation to get her back.

Then, Global Frequency operations is penetrated, and Aleph herself must perform some fieldwork to get out of the situation, with some advice fromt he outside.

I’d call this the quintessential Warren Ellis series, blending his approaches to storytelling, dialogue, characters, technology, style, suspense, and the need for hard decisions and sacrifice.
