Tohru Kouno is starting a new school in the middle of the semester but even under these circumstances Tohru finds his reception a little odd. Soon he discovers that the reason for this is skin deep and he is enticed into the time honored and very weird tradition of becoming a Princess of this all boys school. Along with his fellow Princesses the reluctant Mikoto and acerbic Shihoudani, Tohru takes on the task of cheering clubs and providing fan service with a flick of lace and a smile that would put a real princess to shame.

This is another manga that I picked up due to having watched and enjoyed the anime. Once again I was pleasantly surprised to find the storyline to be very close between and the added dimension to this cute tale provided by the manga is very enjoyable. Of course, watching the anime is certainly not a pre-requisite to reading and this is an adorable manga I'd certainly recommend. I'm looking forward to the next volume. ( )

I really suprised myself by liking this Yaoi. I only read hard yaoi (which includes sex, usually graphic sex). I don't care for "school boy" yaoi or cross-dressing. So, why was this good? It was original and the main character quite likeable. At an all boys school, some of the young men are chosen to dress as girls for events that require it. Our "hero" is unwillingly drafted into this position, and quickly learns just how much control and power he can weild as part of the select group.

I
wasn't overjoyed to learn that there are five volumes in the series. I'm not sure I liked it enough, especially considering later volumes seem to have a girlfriend storyline going on. Not exactly yaoi - but light yaoi fans will certainly enjoy the series. ( )
