I love her insights into community and power. ( )

This is a fantastic book about communication, leadership, and just interpersonal dynamics in general. She discusses concepts like power-over and power-with, and I think that if more people lived from a place of power-with, a lot of the problems in our world would evaporate. Highly recommended. ( )
