I thought this was done very well. Lots of great pictures and ideas to eat well. I am not sure how cheap these meals can be made, that is yet to be seen but I do know there are some I am axious to try.

I have made several recipes in this book. They are good alternatives to their "fattier" classics. The mama's meatballs recipe is really good. I was not that impressed with the macaroni and cheese, though. The pizza recipe is good as well. ( )

The recipes in Now Eat This look delicious and well, exciting. The excitement lies in the fact that these recipes are (supposedly) all 350 calories or less.

Now Eat This! is a New York Times bestseller. The photography is simply gorgeous. Each recipe practically oozes off the page. Look at the enchiladas on page 128 or the steak au poivre on page 149 to see what I'm talking about. How can you go wrong with a cookbook that starts off with "Gooey Jalapeno Poppers" (p 2) as its very first recipe? Hello! ( )
