This collection of poems connected by a linking narrative cover all that is known about the history of Newbury, Berkshire, UK. The collection was brought together to celebrate the town and was first published through a public performance in the Arts Workshop, Newbury. All the writers were members of the Newbury Arts Workshop Poetry Group. There are some really good poems in here cocooned in a clear historical narrative. ( )
