Sweet sweet story about a horse in WWI. I didn't get to catch the play and didn't hear great things about the movie, but this was an easy way to hear the story. Loved it! ( )

Trying to read the books - before seeing the movies.
Hmmm.... may have to stop reading, so I can now squeeze in the DVD.
Enjoyed this window into part of history that I was unaware of.
And, most of us cannot resist a good human/animal connection book. ( )
