Oh I enjoyed it so much!
I didn't expect to be so entertained, but I was. Made me laugh in delight more than once. ( )

I enjoyed this historical romance with a good plot and plenty of action that moved right along. I particularly liked the heroine and her sound realistic demeanor including dealing with her impaired eyesight. Lady Sophia makes a rare appearance at a society ball and captures the attention of Lord Reine a rogue with a shadowed past.

Well, at least I didn't hate the hero in this one. Hero and heroine's family's have a tragic past but then the hero marries the heroine to save her. I enjoyed the first half of the book up to this point, a little rough but enjoyable. However, the second half of the book is straight out of a soap opera which was disappointing. Not sure if I'll take a stab at the next book in the series. ( )
