Supposedly simpler recipes from the Glaswegian uber-chef, the book is laid out in recommended three course lunch combination. Ramsay is a chef as opposed to a cook and it shows, but there are more mainstream recipes here than in some of his other books. The colourful print is sometimes very hard to read and you often feel your on your own with these recipes and if they fail, it's your own effing fault, you effing idiot. ( )
