This was a very lightweight biography. The word hagiography comes to mind when reading this. You get a brief overview of all the high points in JFK's life. I did like the fact that he gave you a brief background on JFK's father. It helps you understand JFK a little more.

Overall, this was pure fluff. Not one negative thing was said about the man. There were a few subtle jabs, but I think that might have been the author's way of convincing himself that he was being objective. However, considering the time period in which this was written, I understand why it was written in the way that it was. ( )
