An all time favourite ... I will be forever indebted to the tutor who gave us an assignment based on a section of this.

Semler's approach to organising a business makes so much sense ... but how many companies dare to think outside the box this way? ( )

One of the most delightful, entertaining, enlightening, and interesting business and organizational management book I have read in my 20 years in business. I was very disappointed I didn’t read it when it first came out, it would have helped me much avoiding many mistakes and misunderstanding when communicating with coworkers, managers and customers.
