I love Owly! And Wormy! This takes only a few minutes to read but makes you feel really happy. Very cute and well drawn. Who knew a worm could be so expressive!!!! ( )

The Way Home: The critters in the forest are frightened by Owly, even though he is kind, helpful, and has no intention of eating them. He rescues Wormy and helps him to locate his parents.
The Bittersweet Summer: Owly and Wormy plant a garden. A bird hovers their garden; Owly and Wormy investigate what plants hummingbird might like. Hummingbird shares that his friend is stuck in a cage, Owly and Wormy agree to help with the rescue. The new friends are sad when they must part for the cold winter months. ( )

Owly is great for all ages. It makes teaches you to infer what the pictures are telling you. it also show friendship and diversity.
Summary:
owly is an owl. One day, he spots a worm in trouble and he helps it get better. Once it was better, he helped Wormy find it's way back home. But Owly and Wormy has a growing friendships so Wormy decided to stay with Owly and live with him.

In the second story, Owly and Wormy are watering the plants. suddenly, a Ruby-throated humming brid flys by. They researched about it and they noticed that it likes flowers, not seeds. So Owly and Wormy buys a Salvia and they make friends with the humming birds. Then , once day, the hunning bird's friend was captured. Owly, Wormy and the humming bird sets it free and they live happily ever-after :). ( )

OMG I love this book.
It is about this lonely owl and he finds a worm during a rain stom and he is drowing and so owly takes him in and he stays up to make sure he is ok. It turens out that he was washed away by the storm.
So they take a jouny to the worms house. I am not going to tell you the end but I am going to tell you
what the 2end story is about.So they meet 2 new friends and they are humming brids and they have some amazing advechers .
The author lives in Alanta,GA . His Isponashon was nacher
Please read this book if you like to look at picshres and make words for them.
Also if you like anamil books this the book for you you like happy endings .
If I could talk to him I would ask if he could make more owly books so I could read them.

two stories, the first is how Owly and Wormy meet, the second is how they make friends with a couple of humming birds, who have to fly south for the winter. ( )
