Learning the foundations of the welfare program of the LDS church is inspiring and insightful. As a Bishop, it has helped me doctrinally in administering the current welfare program as well. A very interesting read for anyone who is not aware of the amazing and inspired welfare and humanitarian program of the church that fulfills the mission of Jesus Christ to reach out to our brothers and sisters both locally and in all nations and religions of the world.
