When I picked up Clone Yourself: How to Overcome Bottleneck Leadership in 90 Days and Reclaim Your Freedom, I thought I was picking up a book that would talk about how to be more productive. Instead, it's a book about identifying all the things that you shouldn't do and hiring somebody to do them for you. Unfortunately, not all of us are in the position to do this so I have mixed feelings about the book. Read more
