I absolutely loved this book. For me it was not just about the characters but the world that the author built for this story. Instantly, I was drawn into the story as if I was right there with Wren.

I love that Caelan gave encouragement to Wren. It is just what she needed to get out there any make new friends. In addition, to showing them that she is a great witch even without a coven.

Love the slow burn romance that transpired between Wren and Caelan. It felt more natural this way. Even if show more Wren used a binding spell on Caelan, I could tell that the feelings are real. Yet, I knew things would heat up between these two when early on Caelan said, "You said my name like it was meant for your voice".

I can't wait to read Piper and Ga'Rek's story.

It was really nice to go back and visit Wild Oak Woods and the people there. After reading How To Tame A Trickster Fae and briefly getting to know Piper and Ga'Rek, I was excited to read their story. You could say that Piper and Ga'Rek got their sweet delights with each other!

Piper and Ga'Rek are a little awkward in their interactions when it comes to expressing their feelings for each other. This made for intriguing moments. Want to know how to embarrass these two, have Caelan be show more matchmaker. I laughed when Caelan talked about Ga'Rek being interested in Piper's eclair and filling it with his cream filling.

Once these two came around and admitted their feelings for one another, it was game on. Where Ga'Rek is concerned, I have one word...tusks!
