This ebook is available as a free download from Amazon. Other reviews have stated that it ia very short, and that it tells us nothing new, but I think that this is a strength. Chronic insomniacs will appreciate the shortness of this book- when I'm really sleep deprived I don't have the concentration to read a great tome on insomnia! It is arrange in short, manageable sections, and provides advice on snoring, sleep apnoea, disordered body clocks and explains when sleep diaries are required.

I show more also liked how this book stuck to the facts. There was no mention of quack remedies and just enough talk about the different stages of sleep to be informative and interesting.

Not bad for a free ebook.

There's very little point to this book. The information in it could easily be obtained from a number of websites with better design than this. Topics sort of leap from one to the other with no clear organization. The content is rarely in any depth -- usually only a sentence or two given to further explanation of an idea or recommendation. Worst of all is the egregious repetition of some information, stating the exact same tidbit in essentially the exact same way that you read it just a page show more or so ago. Really, there's nothing here to make this work worthwhile. show less
A refresher for declutterers. At 82 pages, this reads like a long magazine article than book really.
