Perfecting Ourselves to Death: The Pursuit of Excellence and the Perils of Perfectionism by Richard Winter

Reading this book made me realize that I'm not as much of a perfectionist as I thought I was. But it also made me realize that I am a perfectionist and as much as I'd like to convince myself that that's not a bad thing, it's not a good thing either.
