The Airport Series is the ideal introduction to air travel for children.
Archie the Airplane, is an enthusiastic, hard-working plane, but his inexperience and impetuousness cause problems for which he is always apologetic. Archie is the first plane to arrive at the newly opened Whistlewind Airport in Wellyland, and is soon joined by Harry and Henry, twins from Happy Holidays; Ellie the Island Hopper; and Percy the Propeller Plane who makes important inter-city flights. They are all ably show more supported by the industrious ground appliances - Toby the Tractor, Flash the Fire-engine and Chloe the Food Truck to name but a few.
