As soon as i started this book i loved it.. It's a true story ( nothing like Marley and me) Of Alice and her life with a dog and how he changes her life etc. The things both Alice and her husband do, say, sing!! I really could associate with her, especially "keeping your hands warm on a fresh turd on a cold day"
It really is a funny uplifting book.
If you have a dog ( or 2) you must read this book, i swear you'll be laughing all the way.

This book starts out with table of contents where recipes are listed as meals and food categories.
Introduction discusses the diet itself, foods to avoid and foods allowed along with servings per day and those to avoid.
Benefits and tips to succeed are included.
21 day meal plans. Each show more recipe starts with a title, prep and cook times and servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Some contain a LOT, be sure to have them all first.
Directions are given and some nutritional information: calories, fat, carbs, protein, cholesterol, sodium, potassium are listed, NOT sure of serving size.
One recipe wants you to place sheet in preheated oven, but never tells you the temperature. Read recipe all the way through. Very few recipe pictures.
