This is not my usual type of book to read, but as the author is from the North East I thought I would give it a try. I really enjoyed this and would recommend to anyone who enjoys a little of bit of romance and the dilemmas of characters.
I really enjoyed reading about Stephen, Olivia, Elise and their families. The book started in 2019 and then went back to the early twentieth century and I was worried that I would get lost if the book went backwards and forwards. The book is mainly set in show more the twentieth century with only the occasional foray into the 21st century.
I hope the author writes more books as I will definitely read them. show less

This is not a real cookbook. The ingredients don't make any sense, the text sounds like it was machine translated, the pictures don't match the recipes, and there is nothing "Viking" about any of it.
Folk art of the world from African tribal, Bauernmalerei, Norwegian Rosemaling to English Roses and Castles
