Practical and versatile. This cookbook is not just about the Instant Pot or slow cooker; it covers Dutch ovens, skillets, saucepans, and more. I really appreciated the fact that there were meals for busy nights as well as those when I have more time. There are also recipes for different skill levels. Really a great effort by BHG.

After using this cookbook further, I'm finding that the recipes tend to be really under-seasoned. So I'd have to bring my rating down to 3 1/2 show more stars. It's still a really solid cookbook, you just have to be experienced enough to 'freestyle' the seasoning. show less
