WHAT AN EXPLOSIVE NOVEL THAT I RAPIDLY READ IN A HALF HOUR, NOW I'M HOOKED ON THIS AUTHOR! I really felt bad that the system let Kristine Selski down by throwing out an air tight case against a known thug who horribly raped her fifteen year old daughter. She had no choice but to seek out a man only known as Dawson to locate and kill him in hopes that Amy could move on.
Even pretty good writing and messing around with the timeline can't cover up the highly implausible series of events the author would have us swallow as a veteran patrolman responds to a robbery at a 7-11. With a little more work, this could have been pretty good.
A very short story, but very vivid and detailed. I really didn't expect the ending.
Great story lines, fast paced and interesting, don't miss these police procedural stories with unusual resolutions.
