Quite possibly the best Christian book ever written. If you're an artist you'll really appreciate the theme of the book but even if you're not, this is a remarkable and empowering read. This isn't a how-to on Christian living but it contains more insights and life-changing ideas than most other self-help Chrsitian books out there today. I hesitate to call the book "radical" because Christianity is, by definition, radical. But the presentation of ideas and the way certain principles and show more practices are illuminated in this book is just really eye-opening. It's the kind of book that will redefine your life if you let it. A beautifully written, wonderful piece of literature. show less
Prize-winning author Steve Mosley creates a "gallery of God's love" through the remarkable range of personal experiences he relates – – encountering big-hearted Okies and narrow-minded Navy officers, confronting Zen Buddhism in Japan and death in a dark Illinois cornfield, coming-of-age with an ageless Mexican Indian coming to terms with doubt in an intensive care unit. Each of his true stories gives us a telling glimpse of God's many faceted love in action.
Having more faith isn't a matter of trying harder, its's a matter of putting our attention in the right place.
