First-Person Accounts of Genocidal Acts Committed in the Twentieth Century: An Annotated Bibliography by Samuel Totten
Okay, I admit I only read the Holocaust section of the book, but it was extremely thorough with a great level of scholarship. Not just books but journal articles, taped interviews and video recordings were included. I only wish they could come out with another addition with all the new material that's been located/produced in the past twenty years.
Since the Balkans and Rwanda and the rise of the internet, such accounts have become more contemporary, familiar and accessible.
