This has to be the worst book I have read ever! First of all, the way the book is laid out reminds me of those subject books we all used to read as kids, mostly on subjects like animals and machines. Second, the book seems like it’s written for the common idiot. Come on now, not everyone has a college degree but that doesn’t mean you should right your book as if everyone has the IQ of 2. This was a constant struggle for me because it seemed the book just want to put me to sleep. Mr. show more Petherick when you write a book on a non-fiction subject you claim to have some expertise at please get your facts correct. Besides grammatical errors, there is a glaring subject error. You refer to Derrick Todd Lee as Derrick Lee Todd. If you can’t get a simple name right how are we supposed to buy into the other facts mentioned in the book. Besides for use as a sleeping aid, I would NOT ever recommend this book to anyone not even my worst enemy. show less
