A collection of short articles and reminiscences written by a fur trapper/ferry operator and his wife, a former teacher, who lived in the vicinity of Churchill, Manitoba, from the 1930s to the 1970s. Includes bird and plant lists for the area as well as a bibliography of the research the pair did to write what they intended to be a history of the area. Revision of the 1980 publication with additional information about the area.
