Slim and portable. If travelling for a week it packs easily and contains the basics for the daily office. Would get rather repetitive for a longer term diet, however.

I use this book nightly for my private prayers (Complline) as well as in group settings. The format gives morning and evening and night prayer for each of the seven days of a week. I found this kind of repetition helpful in developing a pattern of prayer.
