Philip Bertram Murray Allan (1884-1973), who also wrote under the pseudonyms Francis Cabochon and Alban M. Phillip, was a British author and publisher. His works include: The Pilgrims Books (16 volumes) (1919), The Book-Hunter at Home (1920), A Boys Book of Verse (written as Alban M. Phillip) (edited) (1924), Book of Loneliness (1926), The Prison- Breakers (written as Alban M. Phillip) (1927), The Golden Ladies of Pampeluna (written as Francis Cabochon) (1934), Trout Heresy (1936), A Moth- Hunters Gossip (1937), Talking of Moths (1943) and Moths and Memories (1948).
