Not suitable for use in New Jersey.

This atlas (2010 edition of the American Map Corp.'s US road atlas) puts most states on more than one page, which is fine, but the breaks between pages are basically cuts with no overlap, and very little editing was done to make sure that it was clear which roads are which near the cuts. New Jersey in particular is a hot mess, with the cut going more or less through Trenton, and the highways around that city are spectacularly poorly labeled.

In the plus column, there are a lot of city insets and detailed maps of downtowns, and major highway exits are usually labeled by number. The spiral binding is also nice and seems to take abuse pretty well so far.… (more)
