Presbyterian Church (U. S. A.)

Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) is not the same as "Presbyterian Church in America", nor "United Presbyterian Church of North America", nor "United Presyberitan Church in the U.S.A.", nor even "Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A." or "Presbyterian Church in the United States". Though some of those groups were merged to form this one (see a "family tree" here) and could therefore possibly be considered for lumping with this one, others, like "Presbyterian Church in America" are distinct at the current time. Great care should be taken if combining. Since author IDs are formed by using the first 20 characters of the author record, minus parenthesized text (and since "Presbyterian" is a rather long word that often comes with parenthetical information), many author IDs, while appearing to represent something specific to the current (U.S.A.) group, could actually represent multiple groups or churches, and should be split and aliased instead of combined.
