This is pretty good resource to have if you are new to the gluten free life, especially if you have Celiac disease. There is so much hidden gluten out there, and so much that most doctors don't know. A good book to help you navigate gluten free life as well as make you a good advocate on your own behalf with doctors, ect.

With 1 in 133 Americans diagnosed with Celiac Disease (CD) or non-Celiac gluten intolerance (NCGI), more people are looking for answers. Celiac Disease, Second Edition: A Guide to Living with Gluten Intolerance is that answer. This book is written a nurse, dietitian and pharmacist and includes references to all of their statements. This is a must-read for anyone struggling with CD or NCGI or their families and friends.… (more)

As more and more Americans discover that they have insensitivity to gluten, full-blown celiac disease, or just a personal aversion to wheat, the second edition of this book will be a welcome edition to public libraries. Includes personal anecdotes, recipes, and guidelines for success. This book, unlike some gluten intolerance guides, is written by medical professionals. Recommended.
