An entertain romp. Han Solo, enlisted by Princess Leia and the Rebels, enters a televised galactic race (cough* cough* Hunger Games cough*) with the Millennium Falcon in attempt to pick up rebel operatives on remote planets used as fueling stations. This graphic novel does a good of giving us a glimpse into Han's struggle between smuggling and fighting for the rebellion and how he struggles with morality. The events of the storyline really has a significant impact on Solo as he wrestled with whether or not to become officially a part of the rebellion, for this reason alone the story is worthwhile. A good story with pretty decent art.

I keep being surprised by the quality of the new Marvel comics, especially when the stories seem so stereotypical. Sure, Han & Chewie enter a race and so on, but so much happens in terms of redefining postEp4 Han to himself that it's surprising that Liu successfully squeezed it all into 5 issues.
