- Emeralds of the Alhambra is the debut novel of Dr. John D. Cressler and the first in his upcoming Anthems of al-Andalus trilogy through Sunbury Press. Prior to joining Georgia Tech, Dr. Cressler spent 8 years at IBM Research and 10 years at Auburn University.
Dr. Cressler’s previous work includes TED talk presentations, the nonfiction book Reinventing Teenagers: The Gentle Art of Instilling Character in our Young People, and five technical books, including one for general audiences.
