Meh. Not much new in this one - have dinner together, limit activities, etc. A few of the "working with intense kids" portions were interesting in terms of helping them to slow down both physically and mentally. Too much focus on preschool/bed training for me and my needs. Plus, it was definitely an middle and upper middle class suburban audience - if you feel like you need to stop keeping up with the neighbors, here are some suggestions.
