This book brings me face to face with the reality of kindness which is often taken for granted these days. It's a beautiful read that reminds me of the essentials in life.

An interesting book about, well, kindness! It is divided into different aspects of kindness: honesty, warmth, forgiveness, contact, empathy, humility, patience, generosity, respect, flexibility, memory, loyalty, gratitude, service and joy. While reading this I thought a lot about the smilarities between what the author said and the 12 step program. Basically, if you are of service to people you are helping yourself become more joyful.

What is Psychosynthesis?
