It started out both funny and intriguing, but then the author dumbed down and made the h twins, Cori and Lori, and ruined the whole story! (Yes, I rhymed on purpose, had to get something out of this waste of time.)

APACHE KNIGHT by Carol Finch
Apache Knight is pretty bad. I read over half of it but am actually not going to finish the book! Premise was fine- lonely half-breed (their description) meets feisty Irish lass. It was the execution of it that killed it for me. Too much 1. virgin seductress (yeah, right), 2. heroine ping- pong(I love him, I hate him, etc) and 3. too much of the characters' thoughts and explanations in their head instead of dialogue and interaction. And why do these characters always have sex several times and never once think of the possible consequences? I am not explaining it too well, but reading this was just not worth my time.… (more)

Read this book. Then I purchased the rest of the series.

Very funny!! Couldn't put it down. I bought the whole series after reading the first book. It was so good!
