Is Evolutionism the Answer? By Werner H. Franzmann is another small but information book found in our library. In 1965-1966 Franzmann was managing editor of The Northwest Lutheran. At this time there were strong feelings for and against teaching evolution in the schools so a series of articles explaining evolution and creation were printed in the magazine. The need for these articles to be printed in a single volume was apparent, so there are reprinted in this volume. Even though it was originally written over fifty years ago, the articles are as relevant today as they were when first written. The articles include “The Origin of the Universe”, The Creation Account of Genesis”, “The Origin of the Earth”, “What is Life?, “Man Versus Animals”, “Darwinism and Man”. And “The Dangers of Evolutionism and How to Meet Them”, as well as other articles. This little volume is found on the library shelves under the number 213/FRA.… (more)
