Reading the Law: A Critical Introduction to Legal… by Peter Goodrich
Interesting and convincing. I was aware that that at the two extremes that there are two schools of thought in reading the Constitution-- a school derisively referred to as "Strict Constructionism" and another school referring to a "living constitution." I am surprised after reading this book that I found the former more persuasive.
