This is an updated version of My Sister the Jew with more halakhah, more quotes from the Torah and Talmud -- but somehow, a little less heart. I like the principle she espouses that a Jew should always look at other Jews in a good light -- but shouldn't that apply to the way all humans should treat all other humans, as well, not just members of one's own religion? Anyway, Ahuvah's story is always going to be a fascinating one, even if there is more to wade through in this version to get to the heart of the real person. She really is an amazing person from a very wonderful family.… (more)
