Libellus De Arte Coquinaria: An Early Northern… by Rudolf Grewe

Urtext of recipes probably dates to 12th Century Western Europe. This book analyzes four later manuscripts to piece together what original text might have been. Closest thing to Regia Anglorum recipes I know of.
