Nancy explains in child-friendly language what prayer is, how and why we should pray, and the things we can pray about. There is a Bible verse for each topic, and a prayer for children to make their own. This book will introduce children to the gift of prayer and will encourage them to enjoy speaking to their father God.

This book is quick read with a variety of different authors. It is organized well and the selected works is robust. Some of the areas do not go as deep as one would wish. That being said, it is a great addition to a personal library. I look forward to using it to help people wrestle with their views on what happens when they die.

I still enjoy the simplicity of children's books. This book encapsulates the biblical prayer model in a way a child can understand and an adult can still learn from.
