this is a great anime/manga telling of a girl who is pretty much forced to join a host club to pay a debt off both funny and light its one for the girls!

This was a library read.

This book...is weird. I liked the characters, but the idea of a Host Club is strange to me. Everyone is super fake, and it's just about guys who flirt and flatter girls for entertainment. While the girls know full well none of it's real, they still line up for this attention. That said, I did enjoy reading about all the awkward moments and liked seeing how they react to a poor kid, and a girl at that, joining their club. I will probably read on, but not sure how far I'll make it in this series.… (more)

LOL funny, best chapter yet was when the club decides to surprise Haruhi with a visit at her home, I was laughing so hard I had to put the book down.
