Anita Hirsch

Anita Hirsch, M.S., R.D., has worked in the food and nutrition fields for almost thirty years -- more than twenty of them spent developing and testing recipes for health books and magazines at Rodale, Inc. She has taught courses in food and cooking at the college level, and writes a "quick and show more healthy" column for several newspapers. She lives in Allentown, Pennsylvania. show less
