This little picture book of mandalas includes Christian and Native American versions as well as the traditional Buddhist and Hindu mandalas used for worship and contemplation.

This pretty little picture book covers basic symbols that come from the nature religion and Christian conversion of the Celtic peoples of Ireland. It is a good place to start learning about the Celtic version of some universal symbols, such as the tree of life, with accompanying text and color photograph.

A pretty little picture book with some basic symbols from the religion of Ancient Egypt is a good place to begin to learn about the religion and religious art of Egypt.

Easily the least useful book I own on symbolism. But it has beautiful pictures and doesn't take up much room, so I don't get rid of it.
