I don't really think I'm the target demographic for "Naruto", but even then I thought I might enjoy it a little more than this? The art feels haphazard, busy, and is difficult to follow at times, and the characters are just super one-dimensional...sadly, there was nothing in this that felt exciting to me. I truly can't fathom reading more of this series, let alone another 70 . O.O

It's kinda BS Orochimaru didn't die, but still, these fights are fun and intense. Hyped for that Gaara and Sasuke duel.

2.5

The story is rushed and underdeveloped, the art/choreography is at times confusing (at its worst nonsensical), and the exposition relies far too heavily on dialogue, often inserting lengthy explanations at awkward times, seriously hindering the pacing.

Despite all this, it's quite readable and occasionally amusing. It boggles the mind though to think that this is one of the most highly acclaimed mangas of all time.
