Jacqueline Klosek, a certified information privacy professional and senior counsel with Goodwin Procter, LLP, in New York, is the author of Praeger's The Right to Know: Your Guide to Using and Defending Freedom of Information Law in the United States; The War on Privacy; The Legal Guide to e-Business; and Data Privacy in the Information Age. She is also a coeditor of the ABA Guide to International Business Negotiations: A Comparison of Cross-Cultural Issues and Successful Approaches. Klosek is the recipient of the Telford Taylor Fellowship in Public International Law and the recipient of NJBiz.com's 40 Under 40 award.
