The stories they tell are sad, funny, poignant and heartfelt and are perfect for dipping into at random. The fact that so many people answered Lefebvre’s plea for their stories just goes to show how important a role our libraries play in our lives. I found The Romance Of Libraries to be both lighthearted and an intensely satisfying collection of love stories.
I recommend this book to all book lovers, but of course, especially to librarians.… (more)
