Designer Mark Montano appears at Outwrite Nov. 9 with ‘The Big-Ass Book of Crafts 2’ Leading designer MARK MONTANO brings his new crafts book to Outwrite Bookstore & Coffeehouse on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 9, at 7:30 p.m. The latest of his six design books is THE BIG-ASS BOOK OF CRAFTS 2 (Gallery Books). This event is free and open to the public. In THE BIG ASS-BOOK OF CRAFTS 2 designer extraordinaire Montano picks up where he left off with 2008’s super successful The Big Ass Book of Crafts (that has over 100,000 copies in print) with over 150 fresh, funky, and easy-to-make projects that are sure to inspire creativity in everyone and satisfy crafters of all skill levels. Mark’s projects are hip, bright, colorful and zany – but most importantly, Mark’s projects are made from everyday items and are for real people with normal budgets. With 21 different chapters, THE BIG-ASS BOOK OF CRAFTS 2 has something for everyone.
